Q. How can I check the status of my order?

A. MyBeautyCenter ships via Registered Airmail, UPS, and the USPS. Please be aware that all packages require a signature for delivery. Once payments are processed, orders will be shipped within 24 hours to specified destination.

International & Domestic Shipping

Please allow 7 to 10 business days, (depending upon where you live,) your total delivery time would be 1 day + 7 to 10 business days (shipping time). In other words, you could expect your package to be delivered within 8 to 10 business days of placing your order.

Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery.

You should receive a tracking number within 24 hours after your order is placed.

A. Domestic Shipping- (7-10 Days) $6.95 or FREE with a $99 purchase.

International Shipping- (7-10 Days) $25.95

A. Yes, we do ship internationally. We ship to the following locations: Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, & United Kingdom.

Q. Do you ship to a PO Box, APO, or FPO (Includes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Protectorates)?

A. Sorry, we do not ship to any post office box address. Additionally, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. Protectorate.

Q. What do I do if my order arrived damaged or inaccurate?

A. If your order does not arrive in premium condition or you received wrong merchandise you have up to 10 days from the original ship date to initiate your return. We will send a replacement immediately upon receipt of your return. Click here to report a damage or inaccurate delivery. Damaged or inaccurate deliveries reported after 10 days will not be accepted.We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.

Q. How do I return an item?

A. Most deep-discount retailers have an 'all sales are final' approach to customer returns. At MyBeauty, we offer you the option of returning items that don't meet your needs.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund, but please note that the items must be unopened and unused.

Here is our return policy:
Within 14 days from the original ship date, you may return your items to MyBeautyCenter, for any reason, for a refund. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. Your items must reach us within 14 days from the original ship date. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you and we will ship used or unopened products back to you.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will refund your credit card for the purchase price less handling fees and original shipping charges. If you were not charged shipping on your purchase, we will deduct $6.95 from your refund.



We will also charge a $4.95 handling fee for each item returned.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Packing and Sending Your Return
ALL items must be returned in their original condition. All returns must be shipped back to mybeautycenter.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by mybeautycenter.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Please include:

  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

    Refunds
    We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

    Any package returned to mybeautycenter.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" will be subject to return shipping charges.

    A. If you notice an error was made on your order, please notify us immediatley.

    Please include the full name and e-mail used when ordering, your order confirmation number or the last four-digits of the credit card used when ordering and a brief explanation of what is missing or damaged. We will respond with a resolution within 24-hours.
